We strive to deliver your equipment as close as possible to your requested delivery time. However, based on demand, this may not always be possible. We will communicate with you via the phone number provided and usually deliver most items within 2 hours of your requested time, though this is not guaranteed

You don’t need to worry about returning the equipment. We’ll arrange to pick it up from your rental property at the completion of your rental period. For larger items, just leave them where they were set up. Any items that were delivered in containers should be placed back in their containers to help us ensure everything is returned properly. We’ll take care of the rest.

If you cancel your vacation rental, please contact us immediately to cancel your equipment rental. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy

You don’t need to clean the equipment before returning it. We take care of all cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance between rentals to ensure everything is in top condition for the next guest. However, if the equipment is returned excessively dirty beyond normal use, a cleaning fee may apply.

We understand accidents happen. If something gets damaged, please notify us immediately. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs. We offer optional insurance coverage at checkout to protect against accidental damage.
